training, so not every case that has been decided under the Act or related law
is included. They are not full reports, but are my own personal views. I shall add links to
the full reports as I locate
them on the web; and a good source for full caselaw is
www.bailii.org. A
few full reports can be found by clicking on the link in the summaries.
Below, each case is listed in alphabetical order by each party
in the hearing.
