Anything about Consumer Credit and related topics can be offered for any sort of course or lecture requested. (Comments about my lecturing can be found here.)
My normal range of lectures involve full PowerPoint presentations (I have my own laptop and data projector if necessary) and full sets of guidance notes:
for trading standards and advice agencies:
2 - 2½ day courses covering the whole of the Act, and suitable for enforcement and/or advice staff (click here for a draft programme)
1 day taster sessions for single aspects, or only for specialist staff.
½ or 1 day update courses for staff with a good basic knowledge. Click here for a typical programme)
1 day advanced workshops (click here for a draft programme)
½ day
introductions to basic advice,
and for businesses:
a one day
course on unenforceable agreements (click
here for a draft programme). Businesses providing claims management
services need to be licensed both by the OFT as
debt counsellors
and possibly debt adjusters, and by the
Ministry of Justice under the
Compensation Act requirements.
Claims Management companies should also be aware of the views of the
Claims Regulation
Service on
marketing of your services.

But please also remember my personal requirements:
I am a committed vegetarian, and all food supplied for courses must include appropriate choices.
I am 6 feet 4 inches tall, so any accommodation booked for me must include at least a double bed (in which I can sleep diagonally!).
Finally, my invoices must be paid within 28 days in line with UK legislation (see www.payontime.co.uk for details).
