Consumer Credit Training For Regulators

Scott Robert LLP deliver training through the Trading Standards Institute for the consumer credit module of the Diploma in Consumer Affairs and Trading Standards (DCATS).  There are currently no DCATS courses arranged but please contact us if you would like to discuss the availability of future programmes of study.

We are also regularly deliver courses directly to Regulators including the implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive, consumer credit advertising, enforcement of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, and industry awareness training which aims to improve Regulator’s knowledge of the products and services offered by the consumer credit industry.
